Apply your litigation expertise to help evaluate and improve advanced AI systems through realistic, high-quality legal drafting. You will produce practical, deliverable-ready work product for simulated commercial disputes, working under senior legal direction as case theories and facts evolve.

• Draft motions, briefs, demand letters, discovery documents, and other litigation materials on a turn-by-turn basis.
• Develop and maintain a coherent case theory and litigation posture throughout simulated disputes, including responses to opposing counsel actions.
• Incorporate detailed senior-attorney feedback promptly and revise drafts to meet project specifications.
• Create rubric items with each submission that identify the elements of a strong legal response.
• Identify procedural ambiguities, missing facts, and substantive legal issues for escalation to project leads.
• Follow senior-attorney direction for each drafting assignment in a mentor-guided litigation workflow.
• Deliver drafting tailored to commercial contract, shareholder or LLC, and commercial real estate litigation matters.

• Active or lapsed bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and a Juris Doctor degree.
• At least 3 years of post-JD litigation experience, including hands-on drafting, discovery, and motion practice.
• Demonstrated ability to draft effective litigation documents for commercial contract, shareholder or LLC, or commercial real estate disputes.
• Strong command of U.S. law, legal drafting, litigation practice, case-theory development, and native-level English legal writing.
• Ability to work efficiently to defined specifications and integrate feedback quickly.
• Law firm experience, including BigLaw, boutique, or mid-market environments, is preferred.
• Experience across multiple listed matter types, federal court practice, or AI model training or evaluation is a plus.

• Remote independent-contractor engagement for candidates located in the United States.
• Roles are typically filled within 48 hours, so candidates should be ready to begin promptly.
• If selected, initial tasks are expected to begin within 24 to 48 hours after completing the application and onboarding process.

$100 to $150 per hour.
