We are looking for Automotive Service Assistant Managers to assist managing and direct all service department activities of a retail store engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services. This position is Assistant Store Manager developmental role. Midas is committed to training our associates and promoting from within the organization.

Responsibilities include managing and directing all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, ensuring a safe, secure, and trustworthy work environment, liaising between managers, customers, and employees, filling in for Manager in times of absence, making executive decisions, holding meetings and providing accountability, supporting ongoing learning and development of team members, establishing strategic goals, leading by example, managing and training team, ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed, delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing complete vehicle inspection, discussing pricing estimates with customers, monitoring inventory levels, maintaining a clean and organized job site, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include a minimum of 1 years of store or service assistant manager experience, general automotive knowledge, excellent customer service disposition, good communication skills, leadership ability, team building skills, ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays, and a valid driver's license.
Qualities that make you stand out include attention to detail and organizational skills, understanding the current performance of the location and asking for assistance if needed, reliability, mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, great leadership skills in shops, being well spoken, and excellent at following directions. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
